DEPARTURE LAGORCE - ARRIVAL VOGUE

Morning:
Visit the village of Lagorce, which is a reall  nice picturesque village with little streets. Visit of Ma Magnanerie museum, a silkworm farm. The museum talks about sericulture in the region and rears silkworms and cocoons. You can then discover the botanical path. The walk lasts between 1h and 1h30 and is adapted for everyone. It is waymarked from the village and starts from the Salastre valley down the Adjude woods. The walk goes by the chapel Notre Dame d’Adjude. Along the path, several signposts give you information on the plants and trees you see (names are written in French, Latin, Occitan, English and German). On this trail, you will observe most of the plants of the region. 

Afternoon:
Taking the weay to St Maurice d'Ibie, yoy will discover the Ibie valley and its turquoise waters, often dry in summer. En prenant la direction de St Maurice d’Ibie, vous partez à la découverte de la vallée de l’Ibie et ses eaux turquoises souvent à sec en été. Nevertheless, there remain places with clear water very appreciated by swimmers. Continue until Villeneuve de Berg, and take the direction of Aubenas. At the roundabout before Lavilledieu, turn left towards Vallon Pont d'Arc.
Make a stop at the picturesque village of Vogüé along the Ardèche river. Vogüe is a medieval village. Posterns towers and the old castle dominates the houses built against the cliff. Hanging gardens offer a magnificent view over the valley of the Ardèche. Lots of charming narrow streets punctuated by arches, vaulted passageways and stairs, will bring you until the river from the village.
